I had a lovely time at the resort, soaking in the beautiful atmosphere and enjoying the fantastic amenities. The staff really made my visit special with their warm and welcoming attitude. However, there were some hiccups with customer service, particularly when trying to redeem my spa gift card, which was frustrating. Overall, it was a great experience with just a few areas needing improvement.

I had a great time at Eaglewood, with beautiful grounds and a lovely atmosphere that truly allowed us to unwind. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.
